1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.

2. How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this information to follow your package and view the latest delivery updates.

3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. To begin a return, contact us at support@kvyzer.com.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 days. No restocking fees are charged.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. Depending on your PayPal account settings, you may be able to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or supported debit or credit card.
